Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of project management from planning execution
* Manage budgets effectively
* Keep clients informed throughout each stage
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
* Provide expert advice during design processes
Qualifications:
โ Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in engineering (civil/environmental) or equivalent experience
โ Professional Engineering License required
โ 12+ years of experience managing complex construction/water infrastructure programs/projects
Skills & Experience:
โ Proven track record directing large-scale capital improvement program/project teams
โ Strong technical expertise regarding state/federal/local legislation/regulations governing public works operations/maintenance/construction activities
โ Knowledgeable re applying principles/practices/procedures/risk analysis associated w/designing/planning/managing civil/public work facility improvements
