Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and analysis of building structures using timber, concrete, steel, and other materials.
- Support senior engineers in preparing structural drawings, calculations, and project reports.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients on various project types.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and building code requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 2- 4 years of experience in structural design, with exposure to multiple material types preferred.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Familiarity with structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, RISA, ETABS).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
