Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager in Indianapolis

Our client, based in Indianapolis is looking for a skilled Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for managing complex water and wastewater projects from inception through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Manage all aspects of project delivery including scope, schedule, budgeting and quality control.
- Ensure that the project meets its objectives by providing technical guidance throughout each phase.
- Develop scopes of work along with budgets/schedules to meet customer requirements while ensuring profitability targets are met.
Client Relationship Building
-Cultivate strong relationships with clients across Indiana Region
Team Leadership
-Lead teams on successful execution of multiple concurrent programs/projects
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
-Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
-A minimum Bachelor's degree civil/environmental engineering or related field
-Proven experience leading multi-discipline design teams focused on municipal water /waste-water treatment plant infrastructure improvement projects
-Must have at least 8 years' professional experience working directly with public sector utilities performing planning/design/construction management
-Very good communication skills both written & verbal
-Knowledgeable about local/state regulations governing environmental compliance
