💰 Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 + Sign-on Bonus + Relocation Assistance + Year-End Performance Bonus

Role Summary
As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll lead the design and delivery of wastewater treatment plants and broader utility infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with municipalities and state agencies, contributing to high-profile developments.
Design & Technical
- Lead design and analysis for wastewater, stormwater, and drinking water systems
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, and calculations
- Conduct fieldwork including pump testing and site measurements
- Use CAD, GIS, and modeling software for design and documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols
Construction Administration
- Respond to RFIs and resolve construction-related issues
- Conduct site visits and prepare field reports
- Review submittals for design compliance
Quality Assurance
- Maintain design documentation and electronic files
- Review drawings and computations for accuracy
- Assist in developing standard specifications and technical details
Communication & Leadership
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external disciplines
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians
- Represent the firm in meetings, presentations, and public hearings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in wastewater treatment plant design
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for site visits and client meetings
