Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in land development
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within a short timeframe
  • Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships
  • Strong track record of client interaction, including contract negotiation and business development
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D preferred


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage site development and/or residential land development projects
  • Develop project scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contracts
  • Create and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff
  • Ensure quality control throughout project lifecycles
  • Provide technical expertise in civil engineering design
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for project execution
  • Demonstrate strong judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables
