Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of relevant experience in land development
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within a short timeframe
- Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships
- Strong track record of client interaction, including contract negotiation and business development
- Proficiency in Civil 3D preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site development and/or residential land development projects
- Develop project scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Create and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff
- Ensure quality control throughout project lifecycles
- Provide technical expertise in civil engineering design
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for project execution
- Demonstrate strong judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables
