About Our Client
Our client is a global engineering firm specialising in industrial water and wastewater treatment solutions, supporting high-spec sectors including semiconductor manufacturing and advanced industrial facilities.
They are expanding in Asia and are hiring a Project Manager to support large-scale project delivery, including a 12-month secondment to India.
The Role
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects within semiconductor or high-spec industrial environments. This role requires a hands-on Project Manager with strong commercial awareness, capable of managing stakeholders, contractors, and project performance across the full EPC lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end EPC delivery from design to commissioning
- Deliver water and wastewater projects (USD 50M-70M+)
- Manage contractors, vendors, and site execution
- Act as primary client interface
- Own project budget, schedule, and risk
- Support procurement, contracts, and commercial activities
- Undertake 12-month secondment in India
Key Requirements
Experience
- 10-18 years in water / wastewater project delivery
- Proven experience delivering large-scale projects (USD 50M-70M+)
- Semiconductor or high-spec industrial project exposure
Technical
- Experience with WWTP, RO, MBR, ZLD, UPW or similar systems
- Strong EPC project delivery background
Commercial / PM
- Proven end-to-end project ownership
- Experience in budget control, contracts, and procurement
Profile
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Commercially aware, not purely technical
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders independently
