We're looking for a Senior Substation Estimator to support a growing portfolio of high-voltage substation and transmission projects across the U.S. 🌎⚡

This is a great opportunity to join a team delivering critical grid infrastructure, partnering with major utilities, and playing a key role in project success from concept to execution.

🔧 What You'll Do:

Develop detailed cost estimates for substation construction (greenfield, expansions, upgrades)
Review drawings, specs, and RFPs to build accurate scopes and takeoffs
Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and procurement teams
Evaluate labor, material, and subcontractor pricing
Support bid strategy, risk analysis, and value engineering

✅ What We're Looking For:

5+ years of estimating experience, with a focus on substations or power infrastructure
Strong knowledge of high-voltage components (transformers, breakers, grounding, etc.)
Understanding of construction methods, productivity, and cost drivers
Experience working on utility or EPC-style projects
Proficiency with estimating tools + Microsoft Office
