Role Overview
As a Project Executive (PX), you'll lead a portfolio of high-impact electrical construction projects from concept to completion-working on hyperscale, mission-critical data centers that power the digital world. You'll be the driving force behind client success, team performance, and operational excellence, with direct visibility across executive leadership and industry-leading clients.
This is a senior leadership role where strategic thinking, ethical conduct, and technical expertise come together to deliver complex projects at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale electrical construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Build, mentor, and grow high-performing project teams across multiple job sites.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Provide strategic input on project planning, risk mitigation, and operational improvements.
- Deliver complex, mission-critical data center projects with precision, speed, and reliability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience, with a strong background in mission critical/data center projects.
- Proven success in leading large teams on high-value electrical scopes ($250M+).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel or relocate partially across project sites.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
