We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Estimator to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, NC.

What You'll Do:

Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for HVAC systems on complex commercial and industrial projects.
Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on scope and budget.
Participate in bid reviews and value engineering processes.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC estimating, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and installation practices.
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
