システムの社会実装に向け、現場と設計をつなぐ役割をお任せします。
- 水処理装置や設備の組立・運用・メンテナンス業務
- 実験・検証・テストの実施および結果のデータ整理・報告
- 作業環境や設備の維持管理、安全・品質の確保
- 機械・設備・装置などの組立、運用、保守いずれかの実務経験（目安：3年以上）
- 図面・手順書の理解や、基本的なPCスキル（データ整理・報告書作成）
- チーム内外と連携しながら業務を進められるコミュニケーション力
- 水処理、環境、化学、プラントエンジニアリング分野
- スタートアップや新規事業における実験・開発経験
- 水不足・災害対応など社会課題解決に直結するプロダクト開発
- 世界初の分散型水インフラ技術に関わる機会
We are hiring a Lab Operations Lead at a deep-tech company in the sustainability and water treatment space.
The company has developed world-first water treatment technologies, with a proven track record in disaster relief support and international expansion.
In this role, you will bridge on-site operations with engineering design to support the real-world deployment of innovative systems.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly, operation, and maintenance of water treatment equipment and systems
Conduct experiments, validation, and testing, including data organization and reporting of results
Ensure proper maintenance of work environments and equipment, maintaining safety and quality standards
Requirements
Hands-on experience (3+ years) in assembly, operation, or maintenance of machinery, equipment, or systems
Ability to understand technical drawings and work instructions, along with basic PC skills (data management and reporting)
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Background
Experience in water treatment, environmental, chemical, or plant engineering fields
Experience in experimentation and development within startup or new business environments
