Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and profitability targets across assigned areas and division.
  • Analyse business performance with the manager to identify growth opportunities and implement action plans.
  • Manage the sales funnel, including acquisition planning and new business development.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth conversion and startup execution.
  • Deploy new programs, initiatives, and targeted price increases for selected customers.
  • Establish and execute a structured service call plan aligned to service level agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all operational and strategic levels.
  • Deliver customer service in accordance with agreed service levels.
  • Optimise account profitability, including management of equipment investment and flatfee structures.
  • Execute corporate account commitments and communicate updates to the Corporate Account Manager.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with strategic accounts.
  • Identify customers-at-risk, manage contract renewals, and develop retention strategies with the manager.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and proactively prevent credit holds.
  • Identify and implement solutions that enhance customer performance, service quality, and total cost efficiency.
  • Quantify and communicate the value delivered to customers through solutions, programs, and services
  • Follow all corporate safety guidelines and incidentreporting procedures.
  • Act as a safety champion at customer sites, demonstrating safe practices at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Chemical Process Engineering, Food Science, or related fields preferred.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or technical service (F&B or industrial sector preferred).
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to sell valuebased and solutionoriented offerings.
  • Able to work independently with strong integrity, accountability, and resilience under pressure.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Customerfocused with strong consultative selling capabilities.
  • Technical understanding in mechanical or electrical systems is an added advantage.
  • Valid Singapore Driving License required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer applications.
