Overview
We are hiring a Delivery Manager to lead large, multi-site automation and integration projects for mission‑critical facilities. This role oversees multiple projects at once and manages a team of Project Managers to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Projects typically support large data center and critical infrastructure environments.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers
- Oversee delivery of large, complex automation and controls programs
- Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and delivery teams
- Identify and manage risks across multiple projects
- Standardise delivery processes and best practices
- Support projects from design through testing and final handover
Project Scope
- Large-scale, multi-site builds (often 20MW-200MW+ environments)
- Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- PLC, SCADA, HVAC controls
- Electrical and IT/OT network integration
- Data centre and other mission‑critical facilities
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience delivering large construction or automation projects
- Background in building automation, controls, or critical infrastructure
- Proven people management and leadership experience
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work remotely and travel as needed
