C&I Solar Project Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced project manager with a strong background in commercial or utility scale solar projects. See below for the responsibilities and requirements for this opportunity.
- Manage all phases of solar project development, including planning, execution, and final delivery.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and forecasts for project cost.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
- Implement system design strategies that meet client requirements while adhering to industry standard
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate project schedules and resources.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- **Education** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., NABCEP) are a plus.
- 5 + years of proven experience in commercial project management.
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, utility interconnection processes, and permitting requirements.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with electrical design, codes, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
