The Opportunity
We're hiring a Project Engineer to join our Electrical Engineering team in Philadelphia. This role involves leading electrical design efforts, coordinating across disciplines, and managing project execution from concept through construction.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design for tenant fit-outs and infrastructure upgrades
- Develop power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage system layouts
- Write specifications and assemble contract documents
- Coordinate emergency power systems (UPS, generators, etc.)
- Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and conduct site inspections
- Support project scheduling and resource planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical design tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of codes, standards, and project documentation phases
