A leading engineering and consulting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex industrial water and wastewater projects. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, cultivating client relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions for municipal and industrial water systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure, including treatment, distribution, and collection systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project scope, safety, quality assurance, risk management, procurement, and financial performance.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and technical growth.
- Support business development efforts and strategic growth initiatives.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7-15+ years of experience in water/wastewater design engineering.
- Proven background in consulting and project management.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) license or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
