We're partnering with a leading environmental and compliance services firm to find a Project Lead with deep expertise in Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR). About the Role:
As the LDAR Project Lead, you'll manage and execute LDAR programs across industrial facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. You'll work closely with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage LDAR projects from planning through execution and reporting.
- Oversee field teams conducting inspections, monitoring, and data collection.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state air quality regulations (e.g., EPA Method 21, OOOOa).
- Analyze data and prepare reports for clients and regulatory agencies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and responsiveness.
- Train and mentor junior staff and technicians.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5-15 years of experience in LDAR program management or environmental compliance.
- Strong understanding of air quality regulations and leak detection technologies.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Experience with LDAR software platforms and handheld monitoring equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
