Leadership & Practice Growth

- Growing and leading a high‑performing Land Development practice
Project & Team Management

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing land development projects
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.)
- Strong client network within the Southern California land development community (architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners, landowners, etc.)
- Advanced technical proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proven experience in business development, including proposal writing, scope development, and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated success managing projects profitably
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and allocate resources effectively
