Key Responsibilities

  • The Senior Structural Engineer will work on projects from concept through completion for a variety of building types: healthcare, higher education, hospitality, multi-family, commercial, and renovation projects.
  • Serve as a trusted technical resource and mentor for junior engineers.
  • Opportunity to engage in business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and project tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's with structural emphasis preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in structural building design.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Proven project management experience and leadership skills preferred
  • Strong communication abilities and a track record of successful client interaction.
  • Familiarity with REVIT and other structural design software preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or education sectors is a plus.
