Senior Structural Engineer
About the Firm
This is a well-established engineering firm with deep roots in complex, infrastructure-scale projects. - Lead client meetings and serve as the firm's representative throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage personnel planning, task assignments, and project oversight to meet quality and schedule standards
- Develop and grow technical specialties through internal education and external visibility -- conference presentations, journal articles, professional seminars
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level staff; conduct regular QA/QC reviews of their work
- Forge and maintain client relationships; contribute to proposal writing and business development efforts
- Conduct and document regular site visits as part of project delivery
Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years of progressive structural engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- At least one recognized technical specialty within the structural discipline, with demonstrated ability to develop and share that expertise internally and externally
- Proven track record as a technical lead on multi-discipline projects and as a PM on single-discipline projects

- Proficiency in CAD and discipline-specific structural design software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license
