Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of water resources projects, ensuring that all aspects, including timelines, budgets, and quality standards, are meticulously managed and adhered to.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, environmental scientists, planners, and other specialists, to design and execute cutting-edge solutions in water resource management.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community representatives, and private entities, to ensure alignment between project objectives and larger environmental and societal goals.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and technical documentation to communicate project progress and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and regulations in water resource engineering to ensure projects meet the highest standards of sustainability and compliance.

Skills and Expertise

• Water Resource Management: Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing sustainable water resource solutions, including flood control, stormwater management, and water conservation strategies. Ability to assess and optimize water systems to address current and future challenges.
• Project Management: Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing all phases of complex projects, from initial planning and feasibility studies to design, construction, and post-implementation evaluation. Strong organizational and leadership skills to drive projects to successful completion.
• Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and technologies related to water systems, including hydrology, hydraulics, and environmental engineering. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools to design and analyze water resource systems efficiently.
