Salary: Up to $120,000 per year
Summary:
An industry-leading contractor is seeking an experienced Safety Representative to support major construction projects in Boise, ID. This role is critical in maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all site safety standards and regulations.

The Safety Representative will be responsible for:
* Enforcing site safety policies and OSHA standards
* Conducting safety orientations, training, and toolbox talks
* Performing site inspections and audits
* Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
* Maintaining safety documentation and reports
* Partnering with site leadership to promote a proactive safety culture
The Safety Representative should have the following qualifications:
* 3+ years of construction safety experience
* Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
* OSHA 30 certification (required)
* CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
