Assistant Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Support estimating and project management activities from bid phase through project closeout.
- Prepare take-offs, cost estimates, bid proposals, budgets, and project schedules.
- Review drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports.
- Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Assist with project submittals, means and methods, design-build documentation, equipment selection, and material procurement.
- Manage project costs, quality control, billing, and closeout documentation.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with field operations.
- Support project safety compliance and company training initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of construction, civil engineering, or related industry experience preferred.
- Experience supporting or coordinating construction projects.
- Exposure to one or more of the following:
- Deep Foundations
- Ground Improvement
- Earth Retention Systems
- Dewatering
- Shoring
- Specialty Geotechnical Construction
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel to project sites throughout the region (approximately 20%).
