BAS Controls Specialist
Install, configure, commission, and support building automation and HVAC control systems
Perform system start-up, testing, and troubleshooting activities
Diagnose and resolve controls, network, and equipment-related issues
Support upgrades, retrofits, and optimisation projects for existing BAS installations
Program and modify control strategies to meet client requirements
Work with project managers, engineers, technicians, and customers throughout project delivery
Review system performance and implement improvements to maximise efficiency and comfort
Conduct site visits and provide technical support during commissioning and service activities
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and system records
Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Building Management Systems (BMS)
Strong understanding of HVAC controls and associated mechanical systems
Experience with system commissioning, troubleshooting, and service support
Ability to read and interpret control drawings and technical documentation
Knowledge of networking fundamentals related to building automation systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally as required
HVAC D-2 or S-2 Refrigeration Licence
Experience working with Johnson Controls systems
Experience supporting retrofit and energy optimisation projects
Exposure to multiple BAS platforms and open protocols
