Position: Building Automation Field Engineer - Data Center Projects

About the Role:
We're hiring a Building Automation Field Engineer to support large-scale data center construction projects across the U.S. This is a travel-heavy role, with assignments that may require being onsite for extended periods-sometimes up to weeks at a time.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Commission and support building automation systems on active construction sites.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and accurate system integration.
- Troubleshoot and fine-tune systems to meet performance and compliance standards.
What You Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience with Distech Controls-this is a must.
- Background in data center construction or other mission-critical environments is a big plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $120,000-$140,000
- Bonus potential: Average of $40,000 annually
- Travel expenses covered
