About the Opportunity
What You'll Do
- Lead BAS project delivery from kickoff through closeout
- Coordinate engineering, field technicians, subcontractors, and commissioning teams
- Manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and documentation
- Serve as a primary contact for owners, GCs, mechanical partners, and internal teams
- Support resolution of on‑site issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Guide the handover process and ensure excellent client experience
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing Building Automation / BMS / Controls projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Clear communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
- Background as a Project Manager, Assistant PM, or Senior PM within BAS/controls is ideal, but any project management expierience is accepted
