- Investigate and remediate building envelope issues.
- Provide design consultation and construction assistance.
- Conduct field investigations and water leakage testing.
- Design repairs for building systems such as walls, roofs, and windows.
- Mentor junior.
- Support litigation and construction administration phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
- Master's preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Registered Architect (R.A.) license preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel to job sites and work at heights.
- Experience in curtain wall design, historic preservation, or public speaking is a plus.
