The Role
You will provide technical consulting services related to the investigation, assessment, testing, design review, and performance of building enclosure systems.
Project responsibilities may include:
- Roofing and waterproofing evaluations
- Building enclosure assessments
- Air and water infiltration testing
- Roof condition surveys and asset management programs
- Facade and cladding investigations
- Leak investigations and forensic evaluations
- Construction observations and quality assurance
- Design review and peer review services
- Building envelope commissioning and field testing
- Client consultation and technical reporting
