Job Overview
This is a strategic role for an experienced sales professional with deep knowledge of the insurance restoration industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with insurers, adjusters, property owners, and industry stakeholders, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the launch of the firm's in-house restoration division.
You will work closely with leadership to develop sales strategies, identify growth markets, and position the company as a premier provider of restoration services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy for insurance restoration services.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, property managers, and commercial clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and industrial restoration markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with operational capabilities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in business development or sales within the insurance restoration or construction industry.
- Strong network of contacts in insurance, property management, and restoration sectors.
- Proven ability to generate revenue and achieve growth targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with restoration services such as fire, water, storm damage, structural repairs, roofing, and mold remediation is highly desirable.
