Salary: $70,000 - $140,000 DOE
About the Role
A respected engineering and restoration consulting firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to support continued growth throughout Central Florida.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience selling services within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. The role will focus on generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding market presence across structural restoration, building envelope consulting, forensic engineering, inspections, and rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout Florida
- Develop relationships with property owners, condominium associations, property managers, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline
- Attend industry networking events and conferences
- Coordinate client meetings and presentations
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to develop proposals
- Maintain CRM activity and track business development metrics
- Support long-term growth initiatives across the region
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, or client development within the AEC industry
- Track record generating revenue and expanding client relationships
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- No specific degree requirement
