- サステナビリティおよび非財務情報管理に関するAs-Is分析、課題整理、To-Be業務プロセス設計
- ESGデータの収集・管理・承認・集計・開示プロセスの構築および標準化
- 財務、IR、人事、調達、事業部門、IT部門など複数部門との調整・ファシリテーション
- Sustainability ERP導入に伴うFit & Gap分析および要件定義支援
- プロジェクト推進、PMO業務、チェンジマネジメントおよび定着化支援
- ガバナンス設計、責任分担（RACI）設計、マスターデータ管理および業務運用モデルの構築
応募要件
- コンサルティングファーム、SIer、ITコンサルティング企業等での実務経験
- BPR、業務改革、ERP導入、SaaS導入、PMO、要件定義いずれかの経験
- プロジェクトリード、ワークストリームリード、PMOリード等のプロジェクト推進経験
- 複数部門を巻き込んだステークホルダーマネジメントおよびファシリテーション能力
- 業務フロー作成、要件定義、課題管理、提案資料作成等のドキュメンテーションスキル
- ESG、サステナビリティ、人的資本、脱炭素、サプライチェーン領域への関心または関連知識歓迎

Key Responsibilities
- Lead current-state assessments and future-state business process design for sustainability and non-financial data management
- Define and optimize ESG data collection, approval, consolidation, and disclosure processes
- Facilitate cross-functional engagement across Sustainability, Finance, IR, HR, Procurement, Business Units, and IT teams
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis between client requirements and the Sustainability ERP platform
- Drive implementation projects, PMO activities, change management initiatives, and adoption programs
- Support governance design, accountability frameworks, master data management, and operating model development
Key Requirements
Required Experience
- Experience within a consulting firm, systems integrator (SIer), or technology consulting organization
- Experience in business transformation, BPR, ERP implementation, SaaS implementation, PMO, or requirements gathering
- Experience leading projects, workstreams, PMO functions, or cross-functional initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across multiple business functions
- Experience producing business requirements, process documentation, issue logs, and proposal materials
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation, ERP consulting, digital transformation, or sustainability-related projects is advantageous
