What Our Client Is Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable getting into the field, evaluating infrastructure systems, asking questions, and understanding what makes a property function from both an engineering and operational perspective.

They are looking for an individual who can eventually take ownership of the inspection and assessment process, build comprehensive technical reports, interact directly with clients, and help support the continued growth of the business.

Candidates with experience developing, building, inspecting, or assessing manufactured housing communities, private utility systems, water/wastewater infrastructure, or similar assets will be particularly attractive.

Growth Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a small but rapidly expanding organization where engineers have direct visibility with company leadership and significant responsibility from day one.

Over time, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Own complete property assessments and client deliverables.
  • Become a technical advisor to investors and property owners.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Assist with process development and team growth.
  • Take on increasing operational and leadership responsibilities as the company continues to scale.
