A growing Land Development consultancy is looking to add a Civil Engineer (EIT) with 1-3 years of experience to its Houston team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on residential and multifamily developments while gaining exposure to the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and feasibility through to construction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare site development and land development designs
- Assist with grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design
- Develop plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
- Support projects from concept through construction
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT certification or actively pursuing licensure
- 1-3 years of Land Development, Site Development, Residential, or Multifamily experience
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
