  • Perform detailed calculations for stormwater facilities, utility systems, and roadway improvements
  • Coordinate with review agencies, clients, and sub-consultants for permitting
  • Prepare site development plans across residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and master planned community projects
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, billing reports, and contract tracking
  • Collaborate with drafters, designers, and administrative staff to keep projects on schedule and on budget

  • 5+ years of civil engineering experience within an engineering or construction firm
  • 5+ years of site development design experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D including grading tools, alignments, profiles, corridors, and surfaces
  • Strong project management and client relationship skills
  • Comfortable operating as both a hands-on technical contributor and a team coordinator

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Washington State permitting and design standards
  • Experience across a variety of project scales from small infill sites to large master planned developments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active projects

  • Competitive compensation with bonus potential and professional licensure bonuses on top of base salary
  • 401(k) with immediate vesting and strong employer match
  • Tuition reimbursement and active support for continuing education and PE licensure
  • Paid parental leave and a comprehensive health benefits package including HSA with employer contribution
  • A firm that is actively investing in AI tools and modern workflows - engineers here are encouraged to work smarter, not just harder
