Civil Project Manager - Land Development

Our client is one of Michigan's longest standing and most respected site design consultancies. Founded in the 40s and still headquartered in Southeast Michigan, they have grown from a small local engineering practice into a nationally recognized, multidisciplinary firm licensed in over 20 states, with a team of roughly 200 professionals across multiple Michigan offices and an out of state presence.

What sets them apart is the fully integrated model. Civil engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, geotechnical engineering and, since a 2024 acquisition, environmental and ecological consulting all sit under one roof. Projects do not get handed off to outside consultants and stall. The whole lifecycle stays in house.

Their portfolio is the kind you drive past every week without realizing it. Automotive proving grounds and OEM campuses, large mixed use developments, industrial and distribution, healthcare, higher education, K-12, senior living, residential, parks and recreation, and utilities and energy. They have been named an ENR Top 500 Design Firm, a Crain's Detroit Best Place to Work every year since 2019, and are regular winners at state level design and construction awards.
