Are you an infrastructure professional looking to step into a client-facing advisory role where you can influence the delivery of major projects across Australia?
Our client is a well-established infrastructure advisory consultancy that partners with government agencies, asset owners and private sector organisations to deliver some of the country's most significant transport, energy and social infrastructure projects.
Due to a strong project pipeline, they are seeking a Manager to join their Commercial Advisory team.
The Opportunity
Working closely with Directors and Senior Managers, you'll lead workstreams across complex infrastructure engagements, providing commercial, procurement and transaction advice from project inception through to delivery.
You'll have the opportunity to work across major transport, rail, roads, aviation, energy, renewables, maritime and social infrastructure projects while developing strong client relationships and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of commercial advisory and procurement engagements.
- Develop procurement and market engagement strategies.
- Prepare tender documentation, evaluation frameworks and commercial assessments.
- Support business case development and investment decision-making.
- Provide commercial, contractual and risk management advice to clients.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across government, contractors and project teams.
- Mentor and develop consultants and senior consultants.
- Assist with proposal writing and business development activities.
About You
- 5-10 years of experience in infrastructure advisory, commercial management, project advisory, management consulting or major projects.
- Experience working across transport, energy, utilities, social infrastructure or capital projects.
- Strong understanding of procurement, commercial strategy, business cases or transactions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing project teams and delivering client-facing work.
- Degree qualified in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
