An established and rapidly growing commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor is seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee projects throughout the Greater Sacramento region.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial roofing projects.
- Lead roofing crews, foremen, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and project logistics.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Conduct quality control inspections and enforce company standards.
- Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work with field teams.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and general contractors.
- Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field challenges.
- Complete daily reporting, safety documentation, and production tracking.
- Mentor and develop crew members while maintaining a positive jobsite culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent, Lead Foreman, or similar field leadership role.
- Extensive experience with:
- TPO
- PVC
- EPDM
- Single-Ply Roofing Systems
- Proven success managing commercial reroofing and new construction projects.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Waterproofing experience.
- Experience managing large commercial, healthcare, education, or public works projects.
- Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software.
- Union and/or non-union commercial roofing experience.
