Title: Commissioning Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commissioning and startup process for mechanical and building systems projects.
  • Coordinate equipment startups, testing, inspections, and final system turnover.
  • Ensure all commissioning documentation is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Partner with QA and project teams to resolve issues and maintain project quality standards.
  • Manage commissioning meetings, schedules, and communication with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Oversee field teams on site and ensure project work aligns with contract requirements.
  • Support training efforts for project personnel and end users.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commissioning, construction, or building systems experience.
  • Prior leadership or team management experience.
  • Background as a Field Foreman, Superintendent, or similar field leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, controls, and construction project workflows.
  • Experience coordinating multiple project activities and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management technology platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of BIM 360 Field tools
