Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commissioning and startup process for mechanical and building systems projects.
- Coordinate equipment startups, testing, inspections, and final system turnover.
- Ensure all commissioning documentation is completed accurately and on schedule.
- Partner with QA and project teams to resolve issues and maintain project quality standards.
- Manage commissioning meetings, schedules, and communication with vendors and stakeholders.
- Oversee field teams on site and ensure project work aligns with contract requirements.
- Support training efforts for project personnel and end users.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commissioning, construction, or building systems experience.
- Prior leadership or team management experience.
- Background as a Field Foreman, Superintendent, or similar field leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, controls, and construction project workflows.
- Experience coordinating multiple project activities and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management technology platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of BIM 360 Field tools
