Are you ready to take on a high‑impact global role at the forefront of the fast‑growing data center industry? We are looking for a Global Solution Architect to support our Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) segment, helping shape next‑generation data center architectures and influencing some of the world's most strategic technology customers.
About the Role
In this position, you will play a pivotal role as a trusted technical advisor, supporting key global accounts and their full value chain. You will work across the entire ecosystem-from grid to chip, and chip to chiller-bringing together complete end‑to‑end solutions that enable robust, sustainable, and scalable data center operations.
You'll collaborate closely with customers at the earliest stages of their design cycle, uncovering technical challenges and guiding them toward innovative architectural choices. You will also work cross‑functionally with global competency centers, engineering teams, and business leaders to deliver best‑in‑class solutions across power, cooling, racks, software, and services.
What You Will Do
- Deliver expert technical guidance and materials covering the full spectrum of data center solutions.
- Lead technical workshops and deep‑dive discussions with customers and engineering partners.
- Influence future data center architectures and support long‑term technology evolution.
- Coordinate with global or regional application centers to ensure consistent, high‑quality technical execution.
- Support account teams in preparing compelling technical proposals.
- Manage a broad technical scope including grid connectivity, MV/LV systems, UPS, HVAC/chillers, liquid cooling, racks, and digital solutions.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and foster collaboration across power, building, IT, and grid domains.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of technical experience in critical facilities-design, application, system development, or architecture.
- 5+ years of customer‑facing technical leadership.
- Proven ability to coordinate and mobilize the right technical expertise.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25%.
- Fluency in English.
