About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-end hospital projects across the Charlotte region. This is a key role within our team, managing complex healthcare builds where precision, compliance, and coordination are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of electrical construction on hospital projects, from preconstruction through to final commissioning.
- Coordinate with general contractors, design teams, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure all work complies with healthcare regulations, electrical codes, and safety standards.
- Lead project meetings, reporting progress and resolving issues proactively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing electrical construction on healthcare or similarly complex projects.
- Strong understanding of hospital infrastructure, including emergency power systems, medical equipment integration, and low-voltage systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and electrical estimating software.
- Ability to work on-site in Charlotte and travel locally as needed.
