Seeking a Field Land Surveyor to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality surveying services across the Boston area. This is an exciting opportunity to work on localized projects-from boundary and instrument surveys to smaller-scale site developments-while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with everyday freedom in the field.

Perform field land surveys, including boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys.
Operate and maintain survey instruments such as total stations, GPS equipment, and data collectors.
Collect accurate measurements and ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
Collaborate with project managers and office staff to deliver timely, precise survey data.
Work on smaller-scale projects that make a big impact in the Boston community-residential, commercial, and municipal.
Uphold safety standards and maintain detailed field notes and records.

Requirements:

Experience in fiel d surveying (boundary, instrument, and site surveys).
Familiarity with modern survey equipment and software (AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in the field.
Knowledge of Massachusetts land surveying standards and practices.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally within the Boston area.
