Responsibilities
- Manage deep foundation projects from contract award through project completion.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and execution activities.
- Coordinate project teams, superintendents, subcontractors, clients, engineers, and suppliers.
- Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and maintain profitability targets.
- Review project drawings, specifications, geotechnical reports, and contract documents.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Conduct project meetings and maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Track project progress and provide accurate reporting to senior leadership.
- Support procurement, equipment planning, and resource allocation efforts.
- Resolve operational and construction challenges while maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of construction project management experience.
- Direct experience delivering deep foundation projects.
- Experience with foundation systems such as drilled shafts, driven piles, augercast piles, micropiles, helical piles, or similar techniques.
- Strong understanding of construction management principles, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites throughout Texas as required.
