A growing water and wastewater contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee municipal infrastructure projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing water treatment, wastewater treatment, pump station, mechanical, and underground utility projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage water and wastewater construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and project documentation
- Coordinate projects involving treatment plants, pump stations, utility infrastructure, and mechanical systems
- Track costs, change orders, and overall project performance
- Work closely with Superintendents, owners, engineers, and inspectors
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management within water/wastewater or heavy civil construction
- Strong background in water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, mechanical systems, or underground utilities
- Experience managing municipal infrastructure projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
