- 設計図書、技術仕様書、およびベンダー提出資料のレビュー
- EPCコントラクター、設備サプライヤー、コンサルタントとの調整・管理
- プロジェクトスケジュール、予算、品質およびリスク管理
- 系統接続要件や規制要件への適合確認
- 据付、試験運転、コミッショニング活動の監督およびサポート
応募要件
- 電力インフラ、再生可能エネルギー、送配電設備、または関連分野での実務経験
- GIS、変電設備、変圧器に関する技術的知識
- EPCプロジェクトまたは大規模インフラプロジェクトの管理経験
- 高いコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力
- 問題解決能力およびプロジェクト推進力
- 日本国内の規制・系統接続環境に関する理解があれば尚可

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage GIS and transformer workstreams across project lifecycles.
- Review engineering designs, technical specifications, and contractor deliverables.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, utilities, and equipment suppliers.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and project risks.
- Ensure compliance with grid connection, regulatory, and technical requirements.
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Key Requirements
Required Experience
- Experience within power infrastructure, renewable energy, transmission & distribution, or related sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of GIS, substations, and power transformers.
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Business level preferred for stakeholder management in Japan.
- English: Business level preferred for coordination with international teams.
