We are seeking an experienced Group Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operational activities of a construction and execution team. This role focuses on driving efficiency, process improvement, and team performance across multiple units.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
- Manage daily operations to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and drive operational excellence.
Process & Performance Improvement
- Identify and implement process enhancements to reduce costs and improve outcomes.
- Lead initiatives in cost reduction, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
- Coach and develop team members.
- Conduct skills assessments and manage training plans.
- Oversee performance reviews and mentoring programs.
- Build and maintain a high-performance team.
Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Support annual business planning and labor forecasting.
- Maintain revenue, margins, and cash flow targets.
Customer & Communication Management
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure timely execution of work and resolve concerns professionally.
- Oversee quality assurance and feedback processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably across multiple units.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of industry experience, including project management.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
