Land Development Engineer (P.E.)
Location: Fort Lauderdale / Miami, FL
We are partnering with a leading, multi-disciplinary engineering firm to support the growth of their Land Development team in South Florida. This is an opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of private sector projects.
The Role
You will play a key role in the delivery of land development projects, working closely with clients, managing technical design, and supporting project execution from concept through completion.
This position offers a mix of technical design, project management, and client interaction, with clear progression into senior leadership.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in land development engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required or ability to obtain one in 12 months
- Strong technical background in site design, grading, drainage, and permitting
- Proficiency with AutoCAD / Civil 3D
- Ability to manage projects and timelines effectively
- Comfortable in a client-facing environment
- Experience in the private sector preferred

You will work across a diverse range of developments, including:
- Mixed-use projects

- Healthcare and educational facilities
