Overview

We're looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join a growing live events business, focused on corporate events, conferences, and experiential activations. This is a true hunter role-suited to someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and consistently win new business.

This position is less about managing inbound and more about driving revenue. You'll be expected to leverage your existing network, develop new opportunities, and take ownership of the full sales cycle. In return, you'll have the backing of a strong internal team across creative, production, and delivery to support execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business across corporate events, conferences, and experiential projects
  • Leverage your existing book of business to create immediate revenue opportunities
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle-from outreach and qualification through to close
  • Lead client meetings, pitches, and RFP processes with confidence
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Partner closely with internal creative and production teams to develop commercially viable solutions
  • Identify new verticals, markets, and opportunities to expand the business
  • Consistently hit or exceed revenue targets

  • Confident, credible communicator-able to engage senior stakeholders
