Job Title: Account Executive - Corporate Events (New Business / Hunter)

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

Overview

We are partnering with a high-growth corporate event production company that delivers innovative, high-impact experiences across conferences, meetings, and experiential marketing campaigns.

They are looking to bring on a true hunter Account Executive - someone who thrives on generating new business, building relationships from scratch, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, creative environment.

This is a fully remote role with a strong emphasis on outbound sales, pipeline generation, and closing new logos within the corporate events space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target, and win new business opportunities within corporate events, conferences, and experiential marketing
  • Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales approach (cold outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, etc.)
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Partner with internal production and creative teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Deliver compelling pitches and presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity targets
  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and client needs

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

  • Proven experience as a true hunter - demonstrable success winning net-new business
  • Background in corporate events, AV production, experiential marketing, or live events
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment

Nice to have:

  • Existing network within corporate clients, agencies, or brands
  • Experience selling complex event solutions (production, staging, creative, or experiential builds)
