Manging Director - Forensic Accounting

Our client is seeking a Managing Director to lead and expand its Forensic Accounting practice. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in forensic investigations, financial disputes, and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will join a collaborative, intellectually rigorous environment and play a key role in shaping client engagements and mentoring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex forensic accounting investigations, financial fraud analyses, and litigation support engagements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to legal counsel, corporate clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee the preparation of expert reports and provide expert testimony when required.
  • Drive business development initiatives and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Mentor and develop junior professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and integrity.
  • Ability to generate over $1 million in revenue per year.

Qualifications:

  • CPA designation required; CFF, CFE, or similar credentials strongly preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in forensic accounting, litigation consulting, or financial investigations.
  • Proven track record of leading high-stakes engagements and managing client relationships.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience providing expert testimony is a plus.
