Role Overview:

You will report to the Service Line Leader and work closely with a national team of engineers and technical experts. This role is designed for a passionate Healthcare, Aviation or Sports strategist with deep knowledge of capital planning. Success in this role requires a passion for relationship building, mentoring emerging professionals, developing client-focused solutions, and delivering impactful results. You'll play a key role in shaping the firm's market presence within the industry for your specialism, guide strategic planning efforts, and lead client engagement activities.

Onsite collaboration, industry events, and thought leadership are essential components, with expectations to represent the firm across conferences and client meetings nationwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute a nationwide diagnostics strategy tailored to your specialism sector
  • Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives, facility directors, and capital planning teams across the industry
  • Represent the firm at national events, panels, and forums to enhance market visibility
  • Lead market analytics, identify emerging trends, and develop annual business plans with growth objectives
  • Collaborate across engineering disciplines to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary diagnostics solutions
  • Mentor business development and technical staff to foster a client-centric culture
  • Conduct field observations and participate in diagnostics planning and reporting across multiple sites

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Healthcare, Aviation, or Sports consulting, strategy, or business development within the AEC industry
  • Proven success in developing and maintaining strategic client relationships across your specialist sector
  • Strong understanding of existing buildings, capital planning, and facilities operations
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence high-level decision makers
  • Willingness to travel nationally to support client relationships and represent the firm
  • Professional affiliations such as ASHE or COAA highly encouraged

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range: $180,000 - $250,000
